+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #709317 +++

Description of problem:
Method to change runlevel is listed in docs as to edit /etc/telinit, but this is no longer the case now that systemd is used. Instead of:


3. Run the following command to edit the /etc/inittab file:

   vi /etc/inittab

4. Press the I key to enter insert mode.
5. Find the line that includes the text initdefault. Change the numeral 3 to 5.
6. Type :wq and press the Enter key to save the file and exit the vi text editor. 


Docs need to be updated to says something along the lines of

3. Run the following commands to change the run level:

   rm -f /etc/systemd/system/default.target
   ln -s /lib/systemd/system/graphical.target /etc/systemd/system/default.target
