Description of problem:

mrtg has a precompiled, not from source, windows executable in the doc.  It should just be removed.



Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install mrtg
2. ls /usr/share/doc/mrtg-*/contrib/nt-service/
3.
  
Actual results:
listing of files including: 5mrtg.exe  but no source to go along with it.

Expected results:
no exe files or if they exist, they have been cross-compiled from source.

Thanks for report.

I removed whole nt-service directory - it's not useful in Linux distribution.
