Description of problem:

python-4Suite-XML contains a precompiled, not from source windows executable.  According to this debian bug report, it's only used when building on NT-like systems:  http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=578380  So it can be safely removed.

Since this file is not compiled from source (and thus violating guidelines) and extraneous, please remove it.

Thanks for your report.

.exe was dropped in 1.0.2-13 (currently building), and I have filed upstream https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3429771&group_id=39954&atid=428292 .
