Description of problem:
vhostmd uses pagerate.pl for it's PageRates metric which requires perl.  This won't work for RHEV-M users of RHEV-H because perl is not included in the image.

This will also be the case for anything else that uses perl.

I had a look into this and two observations:

(1) There is only one Perl script.

(2) It is very trivial and only 39 lines long.

So it shouldn't be a problem to replace this,
probably with a shell script -- it really is that
simple.

Yes, SAP doesn't care anymore about the data that was gathered by the pagerate.pl script, so from their point of view it can be removed completely.

Update the summary, because as per comment 12 we don't
want the pagerate Perl script at all.

Confirm the pagerate.pl has been removed from vhostmd package now. So change this to VERIFIED.
