Crash log

Description of problem:
If I run ccsm in fa_IR.utf8 locale, and I try to enable a plugin (e.g. wobbly windows) which conflicts with another one (e.g. snapping windows), ccsm crashes instead of asking me for resolving the conflict.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ccsm-0.9.5.0-1.fc16.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run ccsm in fa_IR.utf8 local
2. enable snapping window plugin and then wobbly window plugin

Actual results:
ccsm crashes

Expected results:
ccsm should bring a small window asking about the conflict and resolving it

Additional info:
a log file saved by abrt is attached (it was unable to report it itself!)
