Description of problem:
When using zif as backend for PackageKit gpk-application chooses wrong filter and lists installed applications as installable

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start gpk-application
2. search for an installed application
  
Actual results:
gpk-application lists the installed application as installable

Expected results:
gpk-application should lists the installed application as removeable

    zif: Do not report packages as installable if they are already installed

A new PK release should fix this in the future.
