Description of problem:
In WPF GUI, there is a link to install the Host (host has to be in maintenance). There is nothing like that in WAP

This issue is already fixed upstream.

For a Host with Status=Maintenance, there is following action item present on Host General sub-tab:

(!) Host is in maintenance mode, you can Activate it by pressing the Activate button. If you wish to upgrade or reinstall it click <here>.

If you click <here> link, "Install Host" dialog will appear.
