Description of problem:
After starting the condor service there are some errors in MasterLog; see the MasterLog transcription below, please:

10/31/11 09:23:44 WinFirewall Error: Could not find trusted app image C:\condor/bin/condor_c-gahp_worker_thread.exe
10/31/11 09:23:44 WinFirewall Error: Could not find trusted app image C:\condor/bin/condor_vm-gahp.exe
10/31/11 09:24:26 WinFirewall Error: Could not find trusted app image C:\condor/bin/condor_startd

The applications are not included in the Windows condor package.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the condor.
2. Restart the computer.
3. Start the condor service.
4. Look at the MasterLog.
 
   
Actual results:
The Windows firewall reports the error messages.


Expected results:
The Windows firewall should report no error message.

This is expected behavior as the afore mentioned installer does not contain the executables it is trying to register.
