Description of problem:

currently each GET call for '/storagedomas/xxx/files'
refreshes the engine cache of the files (ISOs)

Expected results:

we need support url parameter for this '&refresh'
rather than refreshing the cache on each GET call for '/storagedomas/xxx/files'

refresh automatically get called on each GET request.
