Currently Revision_History.xml contains:

<date>DAY MON DD YYYY</date>

That is supposed to be evaluated to the current date time by the builder like this:

<date>WED NOV 02 2011</date>

Sorry missed that in your notes. Anyways I've fixed that so that it will be inserted as the date of the build.
