Description of problem:  Validation error in Drift Configuration Wizard



Steps to Reproduce:
1.  create a new Drift Configuration with the wizard
2.  see attached screenshot
3.  
  
Actual results:
validation error with defaults

Expected results:
wizard should not be pre-populated with a validation error

Remove the ":" character from the plugin defined drift template names as
it is actually an illegal character (must only contain valid file-name
chars). The new template name convention is "Template-Some Name". Also
improved the descriptions slightly.
