When one tries to install qpid-qmf-devel on RHEL-6.2-candidate,
it is not possible because of strict unsatisfied dependency.

Error: Package: qpid-qmf-devel-0.10-10.el6.x86_64 (mrg-rhel6-candidate)
           Requires: qpid-cpp-client-devel = 0.10
           Installed: qpid-cpp-client-devel-0.12-6.el6.x86_64 (@mrg-rhel6-candidate)
               qpid-cpp-client-devel = 0.12-6.el6


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. enable both RHEL-6.2-candidate repo and mrg-candidate (or devel)
2. yum install qpid-qmf-devel

Actual results: see above
Expected results: seamless installation

Verified on RHEL 6.2 Server i386/x86_64

qpid-qmf-devel-0.12-6.el6.i686

Both properly tagged and installable.
