Can not disable test plan

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter into one plan
2. Click "Disable Plan"

Actual results:
There's no response

Expected results:
Plan can be disabled successfully

This bug involved because one patch have not add to package of tcms 3.6.z. This bug will fixed in the next package.

Verify 3.6.0.20111103-1 on englab -->PASS

Verify steps:
1. Enter into one plan
2. Click "Disable Plan"

Actual result:
Plan can be disabled successfully
