pulp-0.0.244-2.el6.noarch requires mod_wsgi = 3.2-4.pulp.el6 which is not in the testing repo.
Please change the dependency to mod_wsgi = 3.2-6.pulp.el6 and rebuild.

requires already changed to >=  3.2-4 by slagle in commit: 0da87860b280c9a51c4bcc0abd587b0a3715ac8d.  Cherry picked to: 0.244-3 and will be included in CR18.
