Description of problem:

Pulp's repo discovery lists every found repo twice. Selecting aal found repos will create the actual number of found repos.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

pulp-0.0.237-5.el6.noarch

How reproducible:

every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. pulp-admin repo discovery --url http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/pulp/pulp/6Server/ --type yum -g pulp
2. Pulp will find 4 repos

% pulp-admin repo discovery --url http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/pulp/pulp/6Server/ --type yum -g pulp

this should already be fixed in latest QE build, I pushed the fix on Friday as part of commit 3067172a16e8a0c5fc54b305c2aa0d06766fe046
