On one server (ok on other ones), I apply the commande below 

rhnreg_ks --profilename $machine --username "user" --password "password" --proxy "proxy:8080" --serverUrl "https://xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com/XMLRPC" --proxyUser user_proxy --proxyPassword 'password_proxy' --nohardware --force

I have the errors below : 

Error Message:
    Insufficient Software Channel Entitlements:

    cfid5488  Red Hat Enterprise Linux (core server)

note: One of the above Software Channel Entitlement(s) are required
to provides access to: cid6949 Red Hat Enterprise Linux (v. 5 for 32-bit x86)
Error Class Code: 70
Error Class Info:
     All available subscriptions for the requested channel have been exhausted.
     Please contact a Red Hat Network Sales associate.
Explanation:
     An error has occurred while processing your request. If this problem
     persists please enter a bug report at bugzilla.redhat.com.

This is on only one server that we have this issue. 
I haven't use all channel sub (38 on 40)

[root@machine~]# uname -a
Linux machine 2.6.18-92.1.1.el5 #1 SMP Thu May 22 09:01:29 EDT 2008 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
[root@machine~]# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.2 (Tikanga)

This bug/component is not included in scope for RHEL-5.11.0 which is the last RHEL5 minor release. This Bugzilla will soon be CLOSED as WONTFIX (at the end of RHEL5.11 development phase (Apr 22, 2014)).
