Description of problem:
Spec of zanata-python-client-1.3.2-1 does not state that python-polib>=0.7.0-2 is required. Consequently, user may experience problem when pushing pot/po file with message context (msgctxt)

I check the spec file of zanata-python-client-1.3.2-1, i do state that python-polib>=0.7.0-2 for all the platform, Could you give me more info about that?

I've checked the your spec file, and, yes, it has python-polib>=0.7.0-2.

Thus I make this as NOTABUG. Sorry about the inconvenient.
