How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a testrun
2.click clone
3.click next
  
Actual results:
At least one case is required by a run.

Expected results:
create run successfully

In TCMS, before click clone you must select one or more cases, and the cases default set unchecked(unselected), you can checked before clone.

I am sure the previous version select all the cases default ,I prefer to change back to the previous one .
