Description alan 2011-11-04 21:30:42 UTC
In the section of this page:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/frontpage.cgi

With heading "Active Products with Open Bugs", Fedora has over 20,000 bugs. Clicking the link for fedora produces an error page stating that search should be refined, therefore the link is broken:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?product=Fedora&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=MODIFIED&bug_status=ON_DEV&bug_status=ON_QA&bug_status=VERIFIED&bug_status=RELEASE_PENDING&bug_status=POST

An alternative would be to only show the first 20,000 or to provide a way to edit the search query that is used behind the scenes.

This is a feature, not a bug. Pulling up information on > 20000 would severely impact the performance of Red Hat Bugzilla.

You can perform a more refined search by clicking Search -> Advance Search in Red Hat Bugzilla.
