Description of problem: After using "Regenerate backtrace" or reporting in several 'rounds', a new set of tabs with the editable files is spawned at the "Review data" step. This results into the GUI containing same tab several times. How reproducible: 90% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Report a bug 2a. Click "Next" at the "Reporting finished" step and continue reporting again 2b. Use "Regenerate backtrace" button Actual results: At the "Review data" step, same tabs are appended every 'round' Expected results: Every tab is only present once
