As we didn't hit the Spring 3.1, following content should be in spring 3.0 bom file:

Spring Core (3.0.x)
Spring WS (2.0.x)
Spring WF (2.3.x) <- Updated, this was originally supposed to be Spring 3.1 target
Spring Security (3.0.x)
Thirdparty deps

Content should be based on attached files:
