NetworkManager-openconnect-0.9.0-2.fc15 was pushed to f15 stable in this update: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2011-12351 without a corresponding f16 update, which is still stuck at: NetworkManager-openconnect-0.9.0-1.fc16 as a result of this update: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2011-11662 This broke the update path as f15 stable NVR > f16 stable NVR. Consequently it appears that NetworkManager-openconnect is orphaned, when it's not: sudo package-cleanup --enablerepo=updates-testing --orphans NetworkManager-openconnect-0.9.0-2.fc15.x86_64
