Comment 1 Tim Waugh 2011-11-10 12:14:03 UTC
cups-1.5.0-16.fc16 is in the fedora repository for Fedora 16.

cups-1.5.0-19.fc16 was in updates-testing, but is in the process of being replaced by cups-1.5.0-21.fc16.

You can work around it with 'yum downgrade cups' in the mean time.

Comment 2 discardi.nicola@gmail.com 2011-11-10 16:51:53 UTC
the problem is not cups-1.5.0-16.fc16 but in cups-devel-1.5.0-16.fc16.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Comment 4 Tim Waugh 2011-11-10 17:44:39 UTC
You need to downgrade the libs sub-package as well: 'yum downgrade cups cups-libs'
