Description of problem:
Fresh install Fedora 16 on ThinkPad X31 laptop. Suspend from gnome top rigth corner -> Shut Down ... -> Suspend sends laptop to suspend, but doesn't turn off LCD display. When waking up, computer freezes (doesn't react to num lock/caps lock/etc.).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.1.0-7.fc16.i686

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. gnome top rigth corner -> Shut Down ... -> Suspend
2. wake from suspend
  
Actual results:
Computer freezes

Expected results:
Computer wake up

Do you still have this issue with the 3.2.7 or newer kernels?
