Description of Problem:

New files have creation time with year 2003.
I am running ntpd to syncronize time, and the system
time/date is correct.

I have done an upgrade from RedHat 7.3 to 8.0.
All filesystems are ext3.

Are you *sure* your system time is set correctly?  Is this files created during
the install/upgrade, or elsewhere?

Thanks for the bug report. However, Red Hat no longer maintains this version of
the product. Please upgrade to the latest version and open a new bug if the problem
