Request a troubleshooting section, where reasons for common errors are documented. Include operational errors (for e.g., how to recover/repair MongoDB after unclean shutdown of rhua, etc.)

I can create an FAQ/Troubleshooting section (and, indeed, the original plan for this book was that it would include one), but I don't have any content for it. If you can raise bugs or send me email with content then I can easily add it in.
