BRMS 5.3 standalone is supposed to be EAP. DEV5 has EWP.

Yep, this issue would remain for DEV6. 
I will handle it in ER1 which should be the exact next issue after DEV6.

This involve large code change on brms-p  build code.
BRMS 5.3.0.ER1 is released to cover only this change in order to detect the issue caused by this change.

Please verify the ER1.
