Description of problem:
The note in this chapter about slots seems out of place.  That note is relevant to the condor_startd as a whole, not just job hooks.  There's nothing in that note that is specific to job hooks, so it should be moved to a more appropriate location.

In fact, this same note appears in Ch6 Classads, which seems a more appropriate place.  Suggest removing is from the Job Hooks chapter.
