The warnings aren't fatal, I doubt the bug is in ccsm. It looks like a compiz plugin is at fault.

On Fedora 16, ccsm starts just fine, with the following packages installed: $ rpm -qa '*compiz*' | sort compiz-0.9.5.92.1-0.1.gite676f1b12eb8db3a76978eed5bfc7c2cf9a0b6ce.fc16.i686 compizconfig-python-0.9.5.94-0.1.gitb02413d104573641f293d535537821316ecb8f36.fc16.i686 compiz-fusion-extras-0.9.5.92-1.fc16.i686 compiz-gnome-0.9.5.92.1-0.1.gite676f1b12eb8db3a76978eed5bfc7c2cf9a0b6ce.fc16.i686 compiz-gtk-0.9.5.92.1-0.1.gite676f1b12eb8db3a76978eed5bfc7c2cf9a0b6ce.fc16.i686 compiz-manager-0.6.0-13.fc15.noarch compiz-plugins-main-0.9.5.92-1.fc16.i686 compiz-plugins-main-gconf-0.9.5.92-1.fc16.i686 libcompizconfig-0.9.5.92-1.fc16.i686
On F15 that was the request, I have: $ rpm -qa '*compiz*' | sort compiz-0.9.5.92.1-0.1.gite676f1b12eb8db3a76978eed5bfc7c2cf9a0b6ce.fc15.i686 compizconfig-python-0.9.5.94-0.1.gitb02413d104573641f293d535537821316ecb8f36.fc15.i686 compiz-fusion-extras-0.9.5.92-1.fc15.i686 compiz-gconf-0.9.5.92.1-0.1.gite676f1b12eb8db3a76978eed5bfc7c2cf9a0b6ce.fc15.i686 compiz-gtk-0.9.5.92.1-0.1.gite676f1b12eb8db3a76978eed5bfc7c2cf9a0b6ce.fc15.i686 compiz-manager-0.6.0-13.fc15.noarch compiz-plugins-main-0.9.5.92-1.fc15.i686 compiz-plugins-main-gconf-0.9.5.92-1.fc15.i686 libcompizconfig-0.9.5.92-1.fc15.i686 I see that I have no compiz-gnome, but instead I have a compiz-gconf. Is there a reason ?
