Description of problem:
Very often there is a problem with the focus window. When you click on a window or a button (minimize, maximize, window icon) in the window, is active window is not what was expected or focus is transferred but the previous window hangs from the top. Becomes virtually impossible to work there very often. 
See screenshot. Is the active window of geany, and mouse events to react it, but the top window is nautilus.

compiz 0.9.5.92.1-0.1.gite676f1b12eb8db3a76978eed5bfc7c2cf9a0b6ce.fc16
All current updates I've has installed.

How reproducible:
Sometimes but very often.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login in gnome fallback with compiz
2. to work 1-3 hours
  
Actual results:
Broken windows focus 

Expected results:
Normal work windows focus in gnome fallback with compiz

Additional info:
I've checked this bug with video drivers: nouveau, intel, radeon, nvidia (proprietary) and fglrx (proprietary). This bug is reproduced in all these video drivers.

Can you report this upstream as I not patching any bugs in compiz development.

I can file a bug upstream, but that's your responsibility as a package maintainer to stay in close contact with upstream development, to provide help to distro users with gathering the data needed and to work as a connecting point between user and developer experience.
Closing bugs without even checking that bug is indeed filed upstream is not a good maintaining practice.
