Description of problem:

The fix for #750230 introduced a lesser severity bug, in which the user is prompted again for their login credentials after they select their org in the RHSM module. However, once the user hits "Next", they are taken to subscription-manager-gui as expected.

The second display of the "login" screen does not actually do anything; the user can fill in any data they want and hit next, and only the values entered from the first login screen are used.

This was actually fixed with jbowes fix https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=755031#c7 which appears in 0.98.5

VERIFIED THAT THE USER IS *NOT* PROMPTED AGAIN FOR CREDENTIALS AFTER SELECTING THEIR ORG IN THE Organization Selection PANEL IN FIRSTBOOT.
