Description of problem:

Cannot add Package groups to system template unless we re-login.

How reproducible:

adding a new system template and then add package group

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add a new system template 
2. add package group
3.
  
Actual results:
package group points back to template name.

Expected results:
package groups options should allow to add groups without re-login.
