Description of problem:
Looks like cancel_sync doesn't seem to be working
[root@preethi ~]# pulp-admin repo sync --id=f16 -FSync for repository f16 started
Step: Downloading Items or Verifying
Sync: Running

There is no clone in progress for this repository
