Description of problem:

when accessing rhev.tlv via firefox 8:

Steps to Reproduce:
0.go to http://nott04.eng.lab.tlv.redhat.com:8080/webadmin/ via firefox on f16
1.choose one vm from the list
2.resize the lower panel (general/network/virtual disk/etc....)
3.choose a new line
4.see the lower panel change its size to the original size.
