Description of problem: the "bootloader" kickstart directive somehow lost the documentation for the still-valid option --timeout This works: bootloader --location=mbr --timeout=10 ... yet is isn't mentioned anywhere! Please fix! Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/16/html/Installation_Guide/s1-kickstart2-options.html
Removing myself for these bug components as I'm either no longer involved in that aspect of the project, or no longer care to watch this particular bug. Sorry if you are caught in a maelstrom of bug changes as a result!
Created attachment 566186 [details] Added the timeout option to the 15.4 KS Options Added the timeout option to the appropriate section. The text for the timeout option was copied from http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Anaconda/Kickstart and am assuming that the licensing grants the ability to do so.
Thanks for reporting this, Joshua, and thanks Chuck for the patch. I've updated this ready for the F17 version of the guide in commit 2880971fdda23d4c6a0a1f50f8768922aef9f58b
Fixed a long time ago, closing.
