20111125-1015 Changes made to topic 4512 are not saving.

- search for topic 4512
- click Edit Latest Version
- make changes (trim the whitespace around the screen element)
- click Update And List Topic
- click topic number, choosing View from popup menu
- topic reflects state prior to edit

This will be an issue with the XML formatting. You may have to get rid of the <prompt> and <command> elements until the issue is resolved.

Fixed in 20111206-1809

Had to implement a custom XML formatter.
