Description of problem:

Evolution Setup Assistant states 'Please click the "Forward" button to continue.' but there is no Forward button. There is a Continue button. See attached screenshot.

The Evolution Setup Assistant runs at startup when Evolution is run for the first time.

Thanks for a bug report. This had been fixed upstream recently, in commit [1]. This is available in 3.3.2 of evolution.
