Description of problem:

Current version of emesene does not seem to work, can't connect. Also it looks like it is over year old. Plese update.

I will try to do it soon, if you need it fast please include a patch against current spec file and I will commit it.

No hurry. I just wanted to try video call today but, it seems it's not possible to do video call from Linux to Live Messenger currently with any msn client on Linux. Not even with the latest Emesene.

BTW there is rpm at emesene site. Not the latest version though.

rpm doesn't help, because it doesn't contain source code.

I need src.rpm, so I can take a look.

I will have some time to work with emesene tomorrow.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 15 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing emesene-2.11.11-1.fc15'
as soon as you are able to.
