Fixed in 20111128-1738

The problem is that when no topics are found that match the "edited after" restriction, "topic.topicId in ()" is added to the query string, which is invalid. When no topics are found, "topic.topicId in (-1)" will be added to the query, ensuring that no topics are returned.
