Description of problem:
kudzu segfaults at line 227 in kudzu/pci.c when installing on an IBM x440. The
segfault happens during the detection of the Broadcom gigabit ethernet NIC.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install AS2.1 on IBM X440

Actual Results:  Anaconda dies while detecting the Broadcom gigabit ethernet card

Expected Results:  Install should have proceeded normally

Additional info:

Anaconda does not install the summit kernel required by this NUMA-architecture
machine. The machine is not certified for Redhat AS2.1 .

Different fix put in CVS for earlier branches; this has been fixed since the 7.3
days.
