Description of problem: On some OS platforms file extension for qpid-ra-0.10.rar might be confusing. Please give there a hint that it's "Zip archive data" file and it's source of also META-INF directory.
Added the following: Procedure 3.1. To deploy the Qpid JCA adapter for JBoss EAP 2. Locate the qpid-ra-<version>.rar file. It is a zip archive data file in the META-INF directory of the resource adapter.
