Can you attach the output of dmesg and /proc/interrupts? Also, do you see this on the 3.1.9 or 3.2.1 kernel updates?

I cannot confirm the bug for the latest kernels as I don't use this computer that often. My two year old daughter uses it and she is not that good at shell yet.
[mass update] kernel-3.3.0-4.fc16 has been pushed to the Fedora 16 stable repository. Please retest with this update.
If you can still reproduce this in 3.4, please reopen. We believe this should be fixed with the current updates.
