Description of problem:

When I cloned 'Messaging functional tests 2.1' test plan (4988) to 'Messaging functional tests 2.2' test plan (5077) all test cases are copied which is expected, but not all meta-data associated with tests are copied.

For instance test case 123041 '[client.high-level-api] Client high level API interoperability tests' was copied into test case 126076 of the same name but reffered bug numbers are not copied.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. clone test plan A  containing test case with BZ numbers to plan B
2. check whether BZ numbers are listed in plan B
  
Actual results:
All test case data should be copied when cloning test plan.
Alternatively a user should be asked whether to copy all data.

Expected results:
Unable to copy plans with test cases with all associated meta-data.
