Description of problem:
pragha isn't able to build in Rawhide, because g_strncasecmp is deprecated and -Werror is used

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
pragha-0.99.0-2.fc17

How reproducible:
every-time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to build pragha in Rawhide
  
Actual results:
Error during build:
error: 'g_strncasecmp' is deprecated (declared at /usr/include/glib-2.0/glib/gstrfuncs.h:175) [-Werror=deprecated-declarations]

Expected results:
No errors, build succeeds.

Additional info:
There is a simple patch: just build with -Wno-deprecated-declarations
