SSIA. I can not find documentation how to manage server-side part of smartcard-based authentication that is mentioned in "About This Guide" preface to "Managing Single Sign-On and Smart Cards".

Because it was a PEBKAC, the guide is here:

Hyperlink in addition to the guide name would be nice nonetheless.
