If the mode of a file has been changed at the backend, there are no changelog entries and metadata self-heal does not know how to pick a source. We need to introduce an arbitrary policy of some kind.

PATCH: http://patches.gluster.com/patch/2654 in master (cluster/afr: Pick a source for metadata self-heal even if all nodes are innocent.)
