Changing DNS ip to a different value will make WebUI fail login session.

Detailed steps are needed to reproduce this bug

Change the DNS ip for primary and secondary dns during installation from the default value. 

If login goes through then try installing other slave nodes. 

Slave nodes should not connect to master due to DNS configuration problems.
