Import/Export Config functionality needs to be tested fully to ensure its functionality and stability

Import configuration has a dependency issue with start volumes in the following case:

The start volume scanerio throws an exception, after importing the configuration which was (exported)taken while the volumes are running. 
However, the volumes has been started successfully.

After successful export configuration, if there are changes in 
Volume manager
1. Changing property of a volume
2. Creation of new volume
3. Delete volume
and 
addition of servers cause critical error on import configuration.

We need to have a solution for this problem.

why is this a bug id for testing?. If there is a bug please relevant details needs to be filed in a new bug explaining the issues. Bug id subject is not descriptive enough.
