the cluster/ha translator does not correctly flop between nodes when there is active I/O. With cluster/replicate you can fail a subvolume and no I/O is disrupted. When cluster/ha if you fail the volume that is actively being used, I/O is disrupted.

We do not intend to support cluster/ha as of now. Will re-open this when we plan to support it.
