By escaping and closing this window nothing shows up on the webui.

I'm not able to understand this bug report.  More information is needed.

When/How it occurs: Web UI is not displaying the default page.
	            if we press the escape button in the welcome screen,
		    web ui does not shows the server list
		    (server manager page)
How to reproduce:   Update GlusterSP to 3.0.2 After the reboot, 
		    welcome screen will appear. 
		    Press the escape key to cancel the screen.
Temporary Solution  Press only the close button to close or 
          /Fix:     cancel the screen.
